Lemon thyme has a strong, yet balanced flavor with a fresh lemony zing.  Great for all your Mediterranean dishes - pairs well with olive oil, garlic, tomatoes, and especially fish!

Organically grown in the Kitchen Harvest garden plot!

Wash and allow to dry - either in a salad spinner or blotting with paper towels. Place them in a single layer on a slightly damp paper towel, rolling them up like a jelly roll, then transfer the bundle to a ziplock bag or wrap in plastic wrap. Store in the refrigerator.
