Organically grown in the Kitchen Harvest garden plot!

Wash and allow to dry - either in a salad spinner or blotting with paper towels. Snip off the bottom of the stems and place in a jar with an inch of water.  Seal the jar or cover with an overturned plastic bag sealed with a rubber band. Store in the refrigerator.
